In this section, you will find our group policies and guidelines, allowing you to become familiar with the benefits and conditions available when creating groups with Exoticca.
How It Works
Choose one of our itineraries available on the website.
Submit your request with all the required information through the Group Requests B2B Form.
Your request will be automatically sent to the B2B Groups Department.
Once all information has been reviewed, a full quotation will be provided within approximately 7 working days.
After you accept the quotation, the Groups Department will coordinate with suppliers, Product, and Travel Operations teams to fully confirm the group.
